High Point's Divine Mack is one of many first year students whose stories will be told in Guilford's new series, "Look Who's Coming to Guilford."
The weekly series will highlight students who have committed to enroll and will share their unique backgrounds, academic passions and personal stories.
“What makes Guilford so unique is that no two students are alike. We want to spotlight some of the students who’ve chosen the College and show other prospective students why Guilford might be the right fit for them.”
Guilford is kicking off a series of stories to introduce the campus community to first-year students planning to enroll at the College in the fall.
The series, “Look Who’s Coming to Guilford,” will highlight some diverse and dynamic first years while highlighting the strengths of a Guilford education.
Students who have committed to enroll will share their unique backgrounds, academic passions and personal stories. From future scientists to social justice advocates, artists to entrepreneurs, the series will showcase the rich mix of talent and perspectives of new students.
“What makes Guilford so unique is that no two students are alike,” says Ty Buckner, Vice President of Communications & Marketing, who shared his enthusiasm for the series. “We want to spotlight some of the students who’ve chosen the College and show other prospective students why Guilford might be the right fit for them.”
The series, which begins this week with a profile of High Point's Divine Mack, will be featured on the College’s website and social media channels.
