Major and Minor
- Economics (A.B.) Major and Minor: The A.B. in Economics equips students with skills that apply to a variety of career paths. Students must complete a minimum of 32 credit hours for the major and 16 for the Economics minor, which provides a career boost for those majoring in such disciplines as international studies, public policy, law and business administration.
- Analytics (B.S.) Major: The B.S. in Analytics prepares students for a career in a rapidly expanding field focused on utilizing data collected by organizations for efficient decision-making and day-to-day management in a variety of industries. Students must complete 48 credits in this interdisciplinary major. A disciplinary minor, a second major, or an approved IE — which is short for Integrative Experience, Guilford’s unique student-designed minor — is also required. Possible minors or second majors to the Analytics major include Economics, Computing, Technology, and Information Systems, Cyber and Network Security, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Sport Studies, Public Health, Political Science, Experience Design, Community and Justice Studies, and Environmental Studies.
