Biography
Margery Kiehn has been an Experience Design (XD) Instructor at Guilford College since the inception of the XD major in Fall 2016.
To her teaching, she draws upon more than 20 years of experience in User Experience Design and Research, including her most recent role as SVP, Experience Design Research Director at Bank of America. Prior to that, Dr. Kiehn was a Design Manager at ASA/AON and a Usability Director at AT&T's Human Resources Information Systems Organization. Margery is currently the owner/principal of the consulting firm, Experience Design & Research, LLC.
