Biography
Lizely López is a Spanish and English language educator. Her research interests include Caribbean Studies, Latin American and Spanish cinema, Visual Studies and Technoculture. Her current research project explores the use of sound and digital technology in the deconstruction of Puerto Rican National discourse.
Prof. López has also directed experiential learning projects, learning living communities, and contributed in curriculum development committees. She has committed herself to actively participate in the creation of spaces for community and cultural engagement in the campuses where she has served as faculty and community member.
