Biography


Selena Wolf Berkley, currently the Assistant Director of the Learning and Writing Center at Guilford College, is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence and supporting student success. She wears multiple hats, not only coordinating the Writing Fellows program but also teaching the First Year Writing Seminar and contributing to the Learning Lab.

In addition to her administrative and teaching roles, Selena is a dedicated mother to four children plus one bonus child, seamlessly balancing the demands of both her professional and personal life. Her dedication to education extends beyond the campus into her home, where she instills a love for learning and creativity.

Making her home in Greensboro, Selena is an active member of the local community. Her passion for literature and creative expression is not only evident in her professional and educational roles but also in her personal life. Through her own creative pursuits and by guiding students in the First Year Writing Seminar and Learning Lab, Selena exemplifies a commitment to the transformative power of words.
