A Dip Into Germany

Discover new ways to experience and think about various German and German-speaking cultures with a minor in German Language and Society. The program focuses on language learning as a transformative activity and fosters international understanding while providing essential global knowledge and skills. German language students study abroad in Munich, Germany.

The minor in German language and society is not available to German majors and requires a minimum of 16 credit hours (four courses) at the 200-level or above, all taught in German.

If you're considering a career in such fields as hospitality or education, a minor in German is sure to come in handy during travel and interviews.
