The season-opening Guilford College Bryan Series program featuring actor and literacy advocate LeVar Burton is among a series of upcoming College events.

Guilford will host a Red Cross Blood Drive Thursday, Oct. 31, from 10 am-3 pm in Hege Academic Commons in response to urgent needs.
The men’s basketball team will host ODAC rival Hampden-Sydney in an exhibition game Saturday, Nov. 2, at 7 pm in Ragan-Brown Field House dedicated to raising funds for hurricane relief in Western North Carolina.
The final Admission fall open house for high school seniors is Monday, Nov. 11, from 9 am-2:30 pm on campus. Welcome our guests!
The Music Department presents Student Recital, performance of various instruments and styles, Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7 pm in Dana Auditorium.
The Music Department presents fall Jazz Ensemble performances Thursday, Nov. 14, at 7 pm in the Dana Auditorium choir room.
Theatre Studies presents “Levi’s Coffin,” a live art experience, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15-16 at 7 pm in Sternberger Auditorium of Founders Hall.
The Music Department presents the Guitar Ensemble Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 7 pm in the Carnegie Room of Hege Academic Commons.
The women’s and men’s basketball teams will play neighboring Greensboro College in a doubleheader at the First Horizon Coliseum (Greensboro Coliseum) Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 5:30 and 7:30 pm.
