Tim Kircher presents online paper on Renaissance humanism


Tim Kircher, H. Curt ’56 and Patricia S. ’57 Hege Professor of History, presented a talk via WebEx for the conference Letters, Communities of Ideas and Cultural Exchanges from the Late Middle Ages to the Renaissance, held in Turin, Italy, January 20-22. His paper, "Epistolary Humanitas in the Petrarch, Aeneas Sylivus Piccolomini, and Laura Cereta," showcased aspects of Tim’s current research project that examines exchanges of letters among 15th-C. humanist writers.
