Bryce, who joined Guilford earlier this year, is Director of Communications for the College's Athletic Department.
Bryce Johnson, Guilford’s Director of Athletic Communications, has been invited to attend a professional development program for emerging leaders in his field next month in Indianapolis.
The inaugural, invitation-only NCAA Division III Athletic Communicators Emerging Elite Program is designed to provide professional development and networking opportunities for athletic communicators, particularly those early in their careers seeking to advance to a director-level position or those who have recently become a director.
Bryce arrived at Guilford in February 2024 from Black Hills State University in South Dakota, where he served as Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and Video Content Services.
Bryce said he’s honored to have been selected for the program. “I’m looking forward to bringing what I learn back to Greensboro and implementing new ideas for our students and alumni.”
Guilford Athletic Director Bill Foti said the College is always looking for ways to help faculty and staff grow professionally. “I know Bryce will benefit from this program,” said Bill. “That means Guilford will benefit, too. I’m excited he’s getting this opportunity.”
