Since 2007, Jeffrey has served as executive director of The Choral Arts Collective (formerly Bel Canto Company), a non-profit whose vision is of a community that celebrates excellence, diversity, and lifelong participation in choral music.

He facilitated the planning process that led to the 2021 formation of The Choral Arts Collective through the merger of Bel Canto Company, a professional choir now in its 40th season, and Greensboro Youth Chorus, the Triad’s premiere children’s choir celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. Jeffrey has participated in a number of community discussions and task forces regarding funding, inclusion, and the changing arts scene in Greensboro. In addition to non-profit leadership and strategic planning experience, Jeffrey has an extensive musical background, both performing as a professional singer throughout the region and teaching voice for more than 20 years. He holds a BA in music from the University of St. Thomas (MN) and a MM in vocal performance from UNCG.
