Samuel Oladipo currently serves as the SEL district advisor at CASEL. In this role, he uses his experience of integrating social and emotional learning (SEL) and equity to support districts with district wide systemic SEL implementation, Transformative SEL, building equitable learning environments, and provides technical assistance to CASEL partners engaging in the work.

Prior to joining CASEL, Samuel taught various subjects, including middle school American and World History in Boston, Massachusetts. He also served as an administrator at the middle and high school levels in Boston and Washington D.C. He then went on to advance school culture, climate, multi-tiered systems of supports, and systemic SEL implementation at the district level in the District of Columbia Public Schools. His experience includes, but is not limited to, the innovative work of school re-design.
Samuel has had the unique experience of working in the private, charter, and public education systems. His passion for social justice led him to education as he leads multiple district facing consulting teams at CASEL, including the team that supports Guilford Public Schools.
