- Planned and participated in the College’s open forum in the Quaker tradition.
Friday, Jan. 26
- Distributed an e-mail update on the incident to alumni and families of current students.
- Posted answers to frequently asked questions and updated incident response on the Web.
Sunday, Jan. 28
- Updated the College response on the Web, noting activity of the response team and emphasizing the College’s commitment to Quakerism.
Sunday, Feb. 4
- Distributed an e-mail to the campus community about a Feb. 4 incident in Bryan Hall involving off-campus individuals.
- Updated the college's response on the Web with details of the Feb. 4 incident.
Additionally:
- Contacted parents of students involved in the incident.
- Met with specific groups of students and others on campus to address questions and concerns.
Ongoing:
- Responding to investigations by authorities.
- Planning activities to address issues raised by incident and to heal the campus community.
